CMS - Disappearance of the burger menu on the computer

Description

The burger menu is no longer present on screens larger than 1023 pixels. From now on, the burger menu and the horizontal menu will contain the same items. Either one or the other will be visible depending on the screen size. The participant area previously available in the burger menu can be found by clicking on the participant's photo at the top right of the page.
