Description
It is now possible to add a button in the menu of your website, so that participants can contact the organiser directly.
This is the equivalent of a hotline for all participants (registered and logged in), which can be very important on the day of the event to guide lost participants.
As an organiser you can :
contact any participant who will receive a chat notification about the event;
target the participants you wish to address, from the participant grid in the Back-Office - for example to send a message only to those who are logged in at the time you send your message.
You will find the follow-up of the exchanges in the file of each participant, as well as in a new tab Messaging, in the menu Interactivity.
