Emails to follow up on responses to satisfaction surveys
You can now send emails following a response to a satisfaction questionnaire by a participant. In the email editor, you have a template to link to the form to which you want to associate it. This allows you, when editing the email, to call up specific elements of the questionnaire directly linked to the response of each recipient (for example "You rated the event [event rating] - we would like to know more"). This email can be associated with a new trigger, which is set: - When a person responds to a form; - When a specific answer is given to a form - for example, a participant gives a score of 1 out of 5 > An email is sent to understand the reasons for this score.
