Simplification of visual identity settings

Description

- The favicon and loading screen configuration pages are now grouped in the first screen of the visual identity. - You now define 4 key colours (main colour, secondary colour, light colour, dark colour) to generate themes for your site. - Themes are now organised into three sections: main theme, generated themes and custom themes. - The default theme can no longer be associated with blocks.
