Speed Meetings are now available for your online events!
What are Speed Meetings? Speed Meetings are a series of short meetings between 2 randomly matched participants.
These professional meetings by videoconference add "spice" to professional networking and gamify the experience of the participants.
In inwink, Speed Meetings take the form of an online session. This session is set up in the Back-Office as a classic online session, and appears to the participants with the same characteristics. It is displayed in the list of sessions, can be bookmarked or require registration, can be added to the agenda.
In the Back-Office you can define :
- The duration of each meeting (in minutes)
- The filters imposed on certain categories of participants: who can see whom
At the end of the event, you can retrieve the list of meetings that took place (who saw whom) and the contact requests that were made following the meetings.
NB: To join a speed meeting, the participant must have activated networking.
