Session - Ability to activate moderation on one session at a time

Description

In the back office, when editing a session, a new option is available: "Moderate messages and questions before publication". This option allows you to enable moderation only for specific sessions, without having to enable it for all sessions. When this option is enabled, when a message or question is posted, you will need to go to the Back Office > Program > Edit Session > Questions/Answers tab to publish or reject the message. When you publish a message, the session page will need to be refreshed in order for it to be displayed.
